Welcome to Glamorous Leather Care. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the leather refurbishing, restoration, repair, and cleaning services provided by Glamorous Leather Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the client (“you” or “customer”).
​By submitting your items to us for evaluation or servicing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

​1. Services and Quotes

​Initial Evaluation: All service quotes provided online or via phone based on customer-submitted photos are estimates only. A final contract price will be confirmed once we physically receive and inspect the item at our workshop.

​Scope of Work: We will perform only the services outlined in the final agreed-upon digital or physical quote. Any additional repairs discovered during the process will require your explicit approval before we proceed.

​2. Payment Terms & Dispatch Policy

​To ensure absolute peace of mind, we operate on a satisfaction-first payment model:

No Upfront Payment: Payment is only required once the refurbishing work on your item is fully complete.

​Photo Approval: Upon completion, we will send you detailed images of your restored item for your review.

​Customer Satisfaction: You are only required to make the payment once you are 100% satisfied with the workmanship shown in the images.

​Dispatch Policy: Full payment must be received and cleared before your item is packaged and dispatched. We do not ship any items back under any circumstances until the final invoice is paid.

​3. Shipping and Delivery

​Inbound Shipping: The customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item to our facility. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

​Outbound Shipping: Once payment is cleared, we will ship the item back to your designated address using a reliable courier service.​

Unclaimed Items: If an item is completed, but payment is not made or communication is lost, we will hold the item .
